NextHome Best Results Real Estate is owned by Dan Haggerty, a second-generation Florida
broker with over 35 years of experience delivering results for his real estate clients.
Real estate is a family tradition that Dan is thrilled to continue.
“REALTORS® are all through my family,” Dan said. “From my grandparents to my godparents
to my sisters. My mother owned her own real estate brokerage in Cleveland, Ohio. I love real
estate because it gives me the ability to help people. I put that service-minded approach first and
foremost.”
After becoming licensed in 1989, Dan built a thriving business. Dan’s unparalleled service level
has been recognized through various awards, including being named The Orlando Business
Journal’s Best in Sales and Top Local Real Estate Professional.
Over the years, Dan developed a sterling reputation for unparalleled commitment to his clients.
“I believe communication is key in today’s market,” Dan said. “Real estate is a people-centered
business, and connecting with people should be the center of everything we do. My clients and
agents know that I always stay in touch, and I am proactive about communication.”
Throughout Dan’s remarkable career, he has worked with an array of brokerages including
regional independents, franchised firms, and boutiques. His leadership skills eventually led Dan
to a management role.
“While working with other Brokerages the agents knew they could call me with any question on anything at any time,” Dan said. “I
had to be on the ball every single day, including on the weekends, helping them with their open
houses, technology questions, contract questions, and more.”
After many notable years with 4 different Brokerages, Dan became the owner of his own real
estate franchise. Eventually, when his contract with a nationally franchised brand came up for
renewal, Dan wanted something more. That’s when he discovered NextHome.
